Introducing the “Lean & Mean” program – you’ll get personalized attention from experienced coaches while training alongside people who share your goals. Our team comprises Women’s Health Specialists, Mobility and Movement Experts, Strength & Conditioning Coaches, and Nutrition Professionals—all certified in their respective fields to give you optimum results! From an extensive assessment to community support, we’ve got all the bases covered for your success. So if “group fitness on steroids” is a thing, then this might be it!

The Lean & Mean program is a small group training class designed to help you reach your fitness goals with a phasic and structured 3-day training routine, with capped-off headcount sessions for quality control. Your journey starts with a 60 min “onramp” assessment where we will discuss your health objectives before enrolling in our semi-private group. Depending on the results of the assessment, your personal training program within Lean & Mean can be altered accordingly, and you’ll have access to a training app for tracking purposes.
