Functional medicine health coaching or nutritional medicine profiling, uses the coaching approach to help you make changes in your lifestyle, namely in the areas of Sleep and Relaxation, Exercise and Movement, Nutrition and Diet, Stress, and Relationships. At Limitless, our functional medicine qualified health coaches combine their experience and knowledge across all of these areas to bring you an approach that is solution and future oriented, and where needed, assistance in programs and supplementation advance.

What we are NOT:
We are not doctors. In our capacity as nutritional medicine profilers and functional medicine health coaches, we do not diagnose, nor do we prescribe medication.

HOWEVER, what we have that a doctor does NOT, is time as well as the skills needed to help you implement behavioural change and explain in simpler terms perhaps what can be complex issues. We are trained to use positive psychology and give you guidance and support. We are trained to help you with a structured and phased movement program that is personalised to you. All are valuable tools that can put you on a path towards optimal health and help you succeed in making lasting changes.


Our functional medicine health coaching approach begins with an in-depth health and wellness assessment plus an initial 1:1 consultation. There is the opportunity to add-on diagnostics and functional lab testing where appropriate. Using all the information combined, and within a motivational interviewing setting, you will get an initial nutrition and lifestyle plan. Additional consultations and coaching check-ins are highly recommended to truly get the best results from the health coaching journey, and these can be combined with personal training packages if needed.


When it comes to body composition or fitness goals, in many cases the solution for this extends beyond just diet strategy and training programming. The older you are, the more you are dealing with complex physiology and hormonal imbalances. The more diets you have undertaken in your life, the more damage to metabolic health there will be. These are just a few examples of how lifestyle and nutrition choices could affect your hormones and nutrient status, and hold you back from achieving your health and fitness goals. As such, we offer an array of functional medicine laboratory tests utilising blood, saliva, urine or stool samples to help you “Test, not guess”. We utilise the results in combination with detailed health and lifestyle assessments to help you develop an individualised and actionable plan.
