“To be a better version of yourself, you should build healthy habits which contributes to the overall health such as mental, physical and nutritional health — to make you fit and boost yourself confidence.”

What LIMITLESS mean to me…

There’s no such thing as “limit” when it comes to health, since reaching a healthy well-being is a lifelong journey. To be a better version of yourself, you should build healthy habits which contributes to the overall health such as mental, physical and nutritional health — to make you fit and boost yourself confidence.

A lifelong fan of lifting weights – it has been Marco’s passion for years. He has been actively competing in powerlifting since 2011 and have not lost since, one of the motivating factors he uses with dedication in pushing himself to remain on the top. Marco has experience in Filipino Martial Arts such as Arnis & TRACMA, and has been a boxing coach for over a year to learn new skills, adapting them to different kinds of sports.

Marco believes health and fitness shouldn’t ever feel restrictive – it should enhance the life you want to live. Enjoy the process of being a work in progress.  A philosophy he educates his clients on as he loves seeing his clients achieve and/or surpass their fitness goals.

Health is wealth we take for granted until illness collects its debt. Take ownership!

What LIMITLESS means to me…

“Pragmatic and positive attitude to doing the hard things – when we adopt this in our lives, detours and obstacles are limited to their power. We are the authors of our lives, write well, edit often, that includes our embodiment of limitless living – move smart, live loud.”

A self-described ‘jack of all trades’, Emily is a fitness professional and course educator with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry.  A co-founder of an aerial arts and pole dance academy, and an educator for the arts teacher training courses, she has worn several hats as a performer, practitioner and teacher in the modern circus arts space.  She hosted and choreographed the TV series Body Blaze on LiTV and has been featured in numerous magazines including CosmoBody HK, Hong Kong Tatler and The Star News Online.

Emily is also a cancer survivor. Diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in 2018, she dropped all her professional commitments and took time out for herself, spurring a period of self-reflection, which she now sees as sorely needed. Her years spent working through her own mental adversities under the guidance of clinical psychologists and healers, reinforced the philosophy that health is beyond aesthetics. Emily’s movement-integrated healing journey further launched her into advocacy work for mental agility and wellness through projects, like the podcast Tackling Minds and an upcoming movement called Mental Muscle.

Fun fact: Emily won her first international pole championship in 2010, placed second in her first physique competition in 2016 and aspires to learn mounted archery

“I believe there is no limit to what you can achieve. Live according to your values, trust the process and reach for your goals. You can be whoever you want to be and you can do whatever you want to do. The possibilities in life has no boundaries. “

Rachel believes that pursuing health isn’t as binary as “eating less and smash workouts every day” – it’s about taking care of your body, mind and soul for it to truly serve you well.

What makes her happy about working with clients is that she gets to help unlock their potential – achievements, big or small, all contribute to the collaborative dynamics of coach-and-client. A bonus is being in the position to witness looks of surprise and pride when someone does something they couldn’t do, or thought they couldn’t do. Those moments are powerful affirmations that Rachel is doing something that feels right.

Tiara Hoquee Coach and Personal Trainer at Limitless Gym Hong Kong

Tiara Hoquee

Habit Coach – Metabolic Reset

(Psychologist & Emotional Intelligence Coach)

“By creating awareness of your current situation and then visualizing where you want to go then a roadmap to follow unfolds.”

Tiara holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming. She has over ten years of experience in teaching, training and program development.

Tiara is an advocate for mental health and helping people improve their lives by teaching them about emotional intelligence and improving mindfulness. To create the ability to take charge of their feelings and make a positive impact and lasting changes.

Tiara’s coaching approach with her clients is insight focused. Using elements of ACT therapy we pay attention to thoughts and feelings around our habits and learn techniques to manage them. We discover limiting beliefs that are holding us back, discard them and make room for beliefs that serve and support the life we seek.

During her own battle with mental health Tiara struggled to find resources to support her and she made it her mission to become a resource to support others on their journey. Writing is one of Tiara’s passions, she approaches mental health subjects with metaphors, humor and human touch. You can find her articles in Honeycombers and the blog of Destiny Research Institute.

Tiara has provided workshops around creating small sustainable habits related to health (physical and mental) in alignment with Limitless’s pillars of wellbeing. She has had numerous opportunities in bringing more mental health resources to different communities such as the Women’s Prison in Panama, Splash Foundation and the families of WISE Hong Kong.
She also develops programs that strives to destigmatize mental health and shine a light on daily practices we can engage in to prevent major mental health crises.
